By browsing this website, contacting us about a product or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Customer information
You must provide accurate, current and complete contact, delivery and payment information. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place or approve the order. You are responsible for checking order details before confirmation.
Products, images and availability
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, colours, images and stock information. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screens, lighting or manufacturing differences. All products are subject to availability. We may correct genuine listing errors and will contact you if a material change affects your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is confirmed. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown or communicated before final confirmation. Payment must be made using an accepted method. A payment receipt alone does not guarantee acceptance where an item is unavailable, a transaction fails verification or a clear pricing error has occurred; in such cases, any eligible amount received will be refunded.
Order confirmation
Adding an item to a cart or sending a WhatsApp message is a request to purchase. An order becomes accepted when Risan Collection confirms the item, final price, payment and delivery details. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment, delivery, suspected fraud or legal reasons and will explain the next step where reasonably possible.
Delivery
We provide delivery within Sri Lanka through third-party delivery services. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by weather, public holidays, address issues, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. The customer must provide a reachable phone number and a full, accurate address. Risk passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the supplied address or authorised recipient.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order, especially for hygiene-sensitive, personalised, clearance or perishable products.
Acceptable website use
You may use this website only for lawful shopping and information purposes. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, misuse, copy, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website, its accounts, systems or customer information.

The Risan Collection name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Risan Collection. They may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without prior permission, except for sharing a product page through the website’s normal sharing features.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, Risan Collection is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of a product, inaccurate customer information, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
